Refund Policy

The two cases in which Ironatoll credits days on a dedicated server, the one part of a top-up that can be paid back in crypto, and the way to claim either.

Quick answer

Does Ironatoll refund dedicated servers?

Yes, within the cases set out below. Days a server could not run, because it was never set up or because it failed and support could not repair it, are credited back to your balance. Balance never expires. Top-ups are not paid out unless the law requires it, with one exception: the amount added only to reach the minimum top-up is returned on request in USDT or USDC within 30 days of payment, provided it is unspent. Credit for lost days goes to your Ironatoll balance rather than to a wallet, and claiming it involves no KYC.

1. In which cases are days credited back?

Exactly two situations earn a credit:

  • Setup turns out to be impossible. Say every machine of your plan in your chosen location is taken when your payment confirms. We build nothing, and the full price remains on your balance.
  • The server fails and support cannot fix it. You get back each day of downtime at its daily rate, meaning the term's price divided by the term's days: a thirtieth of the plan price on a 30-day term, and the same daily fraction of a 6- or 12-month price.

Here is how the rule plays out in common cases.

CaseResult
Your Atoll 64 order at $72.62 confirms while every machine of that plan in your location is takenNothing is built, and all $72.62 stays on your balance for a different plan or location.
Your Atoll 16 is delivered two days after the payment confirmsYou lose nothing, since the 30 days you paid for start at delivery, not at payment.
Your Atoll 32 at $72.15 works for 18 days, then breaks down beyond what support can repairYou are credited the 12 lost days, which is 12/30 of $72.15.
You cancel your Atoll 16 on day 9No credit: the machine comes back to us wiped, and the remaining days are forfeited.
Your server gets suspended because it ran a booter serviceNo credit, because a suspension for breaking the acceptable use policy is not one of the two refund cases.
The 30 days end while auto-renew is off or the balance is shortThe server is suspended, its disks are held for 7 days and then wiped. You owe nothing more, and nothing is credited.

2. Where do credited days end up?

When support has checked your case, the credit goes onto your Ironatoll balance in US dollars. Credit on your balance does not expire and renews any of your servers. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.

The balance pays for any plan on the Ironatoll pricing page, in any location with machines available.

3. Can a top-up, or part of one, be repaid in crypto?

Only the slice you paid purely to reach the $25 minimum. Request it within 30 days of the payment and, provided you have not spent it, you receive it in USDT or USDC. Everything else from a top-up remains balance and leaves it only where a law requires a payout.

The slice comes from the way checkout works. An order tops up the shortfall on your balance, with $25 as the floor. If the shortfall is smaller than that floor, the difference ends up on your balance, and that difference is the refundable part.

PaymentRefundable in USDT or USDC
$25 paid to renew Atoll 16 when the balance lacked less than $25The $25 less the shortfall, if requested within 30 days and still unspent.
Over $25, for that same renewalThe same difference and no more; anything above the minimum is ordinary balance.
$72.62 paid to order Atoll 64 from an empty balanceNothing, since no part of that payment was there just to reach the minimum.
$25 or more paid in without any server orderNothing; the whole amount is ordinary balance.
A claim sent 45 days after payingNothing, as the 30-day window has closed; the money stays on the balance and never expires.

4. How do I claim a refund?

Refund claims are made by email, with no ID and no documents.

  1. Email support

Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request", from your account's email address if you registered one.

  2. Identify the payment

Give the order reference (ORD-…) and the transaction ID (TXID) of the payment, but not your account number. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

  3. State your claim

For downtime, name the server's IP address and what failed. For the minimum top-up slice, add the USDT or USDC address that should receive it, with its network.

  4. Get an answer

A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules.

5. What cannot be refunded?

  • Balance that came from top-ups, apart from the section 3 slice or a payout the law imposes.
  • Days left on a server you cancelled.
  • Days left on a server suspended under the acceptable use policy.
  • Data erased by a wipe, whether after the 7-day hold, a reinstall or a cancellation. There are no automatic backups, so every file you need to keep should also live somewhere you control.
  • Network fees you paid to send your coins.
  • Payments that came from a sanctioned address. We match every incoming payment against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment sent from a listed address is never added to a balance.
  • Coins sent to a mistaken address or over a mistaken network: a blockchain transfer has no undo.

6. Is there a free trial?

No free trial: the smallest plan, Atoll 16, costs $63.68 for 30 days. No setup fee: you pay only the price of the term you choose, at your order as at every renewal. As credits come only from the two cases of section 1, compare the processor, memory and disks of a plan before paying. Where to buy a dedicated server with crypto walks through an order.

7. Can a crypto payment be charged back?

No. Once a blockchain confirms a payment, nobody can claw it back, so crypto has no chargeback. A credit or a payout can only come through the cases on this page, claimed by email at [email protected]. This policy belongs to the terms of service.

8. Changes to this policy

This version of the policy is dated 30 October 2026. It may be revised: the date at the top of the page names the current version, and a revision applies to payments made on or after that date.
