Quick answer
What are the main terms for renting an Ironatoll dedicated server?
Ironatoll rents whole offshore dedicated servers by the term (30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months), each one paid out of a crypto balance topped up beforehand. Nobody goes through KYC and no setup fee is charged. The seller is DomaineGoat LLC of Panama, so Panamanian law governs the contract, Panamanian courts settle disputes and DMCA notices get no action. A person prepares each server once payment clears. A breach of the acceptable use policy leads to suspension; credits are governed by the refund policy.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
Ironatoll is sold and operated by DomaineGoat LLC, an LLC registered in the Republic of Panama; that covers the dedicated servers, the https://ironatoll.com website and the dashboard you manage them from. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to DomaineGoat LLC, and "you" refers to whoever holds the account.
Creating an account, adding funds or using a server, whichever happens first, counts as accepting these Terms. Three policies form part of them and bind you just as much: the refund policy, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy.
2. Who may rent a server
- Only people who have turned 18 can open or hold an account.
- We turn away people and companies located in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, China, Yemen or Western Sahara, or in the occupied regions of Ukraine.
- A person or company on a sanctions list can neither hold an account nor be served through somebody else's.
- The law of the place where you live must allow you to enter into a contract.
3. Your account
You log in with an account number, and an email address is an option, not a requirement. No KYC: no ID, selfie, documents, card or phone number are ever collected.
- Your account number is the one credential the account has: whoever holds it can spend the balance and manage every server on the account.
- Keep your account number safe, because signing in depends on it. An email on the account makes it recoverable; without one, nobody can retrieve a lost number.
- You are responsible for whatever is done with your account number or your SSH keys.
- Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.
4. What you rent
Offshore dedicated servers: a whole physical machine for you alone, with no virtualization layer and no neighbours, and full root access over SSH. Every CPU core, all the RAM and every disk of the server are yours alone: nothing is shared with another customer.
- Access: Root access over SSH: add your own public key at checkout and password login stays off, or leave it empty and get a temporary root password with your server, to change at first login.
- Systems: Linux only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Proxmox VE to run your own virtual machines. No Windows. Images you can install: Debian 13, Debian 12, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, AlmaLinux 10, Rocky Linux 10 and Proxmox VE 9.
- Disks: On plans with two disks, the system is installed on software RAID 1 (mirrored) unless you ask support for RAID 0 or separate disks before the server is ready.
- Console: No remote console (IPMI or KVM over IP) is included: reboots and reinstalls are requested from your dashboard and done by the team. What IPMI is on a dedicated server describes the tool you go without.
- Locations: Amsterdam (Netherlands), Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland) and Bucharest (Romania); each plan is sold in each city at one price.
- Plans: Atoll 16 $63.68, Atoll 32 $72.15, Atoll 64 $72.62, Atoll 128 $205.27, Atoll 256 $406.37; each price covers 30 days. Pay for 30 days, 3 months (91 days, 10% off), 6 months (182 days, 20% off) or 12 months (365 days, 30% off) at a time: a longer term costs the 30-day price times 3, 6 or 12, less its discount, rounded down to the cent (Atoll 64: $196.07 for 3 months, $348.57 for 6 months, $610.00 for 12 months). A renewal repeats the term and price of your order, unless you set a different term for the next renewal in your dashboard. Each plan's processor, memory, disks and traffic appear on the Ironatoll pricing page.
- Requests: Reboot, reinstall and cancel are requested from your dashboard and carried out by the team; a reinstall erases the disks.
5. Prices and payment
The pricing page publishes every price in US dollars: the 30-day price, with the longer-term prices beside it. No setup fee: you pay only the price of the term you choose, at your order as at every renewal.
- Payment is in crypto and nothing else: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. We take neither Monero nor Lightning.
- Every payment tops up a prepaid balance, $25 at the least, and the price of each term (30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months) is drawn from it.
- Send the precise amount to the address, and over the network, that the payment page gives. Coins that travel over another network may be lost for good.
- Network fees on your own transfers are yours to pay.
- We match every incoming payment against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment sent from a listed address is never added to a balance.
- A new price applies only to orders placed after it, and any period you already bought keeps the price you paid.
6. Setup and delivery
A person prepares your server after your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours, so it is not instant; your dashboard shows the status, then the IP address once the server is ready. Time to set up: 72 hours or less from the moment your payment is confirmed.
The clock on your paid days starts when the server is ready, not when the payment lands. If we cannot prepare the server, no server is created and the money stays on your balance, as the refund policy describes. Want RAID 0 or separate disks instead of the default layout? Support has to receive that request before the server is ready.
7. Renewal, suspension, cancellation and wiping
A server is paid from your prepaid crypto balance for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months at a time, the term you choose at checkout. With auto-renew on, it renews from the balance for the same term at the price of your order, unless you pick another term for the next renewal in your dashboard; if the balance does not cover the next term, the server is suspended at the end of the period, its disks are kept for 7 days, then wiped.
- Renewing early: you can renew from the dashboard at any moment during a period.
- Auto-renew off: the server is suspended as soon as its paid days run out, and its disks are again held for 7 days.
- Returning after a suspension: renew within those 7 days and the server restarts with its disks untouched. After day 7 the disks are wiped, and no restore is possible.
- Cancelling: a cancelled server goes back to us with its disks wiped, and any days left on it are forfeited.
- Reinstalling: the disks are erased and the system you choose is installed fresh.
8. Your data and backups
There are no automatic backups, so every file you need to keep should also live somewhere you control. Looking after the data on your server, and after every copy of it, is your job. Once a reinstall, a cancellation or the end of the 7-day hold has wiped a disk, its contents are gone for everyone, us included. With RAID 0 or separate disks there is no mirror, so whatever sat on a disk that fails is lost with it.
9. Network, traffic and email
- Every server has one dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64. The port speed and the monthly traffic are listed with each plan; traffic counts outgoing data per 30-day period, and over the quota there is never an automatic extra charge.
- Port 25 (SMTP) is blocked for outgoing traffic on every server as an anti-spam measure, and the block is permanent. Outgoing connections to mail providers on ports 465 and 587 work normally.
- Putting the server's IP addresses to any use banned by the acceptable use policy breaches these Terms.
10. Rules of use
These Terms make the acceptable use policy binding on you. Spam and bulk email, phishing, malware and botnet control, DDoS and other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing systems that belong to others, booter and stresser services, carding and fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining and any service to sanctioned people or companies are all forbidden. Tor exit relays may run on our servers, and so may middle relays and bridges. Whatever runs on your server is your responsibility, and that covers every virtual machine on it and every person you give access to.
11. Copyright notices and the law that applies
DMCA ignored: no DMCA notice, and no other foreign copyright notice, leads to any action on our side. Panamanian law and the orders of Panamanian courts are the only authority we answer to. Ironatoll is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, and answers only to Panamanian law. Each server’s datacenter, for its part, is bound by the law of the country it stands in.
Ironatoll releases records on one ground only: an order from a Panamanian court. The privacy policy names each record we hold, and no connection log, traffic log or visitor or customer IP address is among them. What "DMCA ignored" means for a dedicated server puts the rule in plain words.
12. Suspension and appeals
Only two things get a server suspended:
- its paid period ends without a renewal (section 7);
- it is put to a use that the acceptable use policy bans.
Foreign copyright notices, DMCA ones included, are set aside: we act only under Panamanian law or on a Panamanian court order. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks and child sexual abuse material are banned, and any one of them gets the server suspended. A suspended server shows that status in your dashboard. When the suspension is for a policy breach, the days left on the server are not credited; credits arise only in the cases listed in the refund policy. Appeals go to [email protected], with the server's order reference and IP address. Cancelling your servers ends the relationship whenever you choose.
13. Availability and changes to the offer
We do not promise any particular uptime. A server can go down for planned maintenance, a hardware fault, a problem on the datacenter's network or an event outside our control. Against DDoS attacks we promise nothing beyond the default handling of the datacenter network. If a server goes down and support cannot bring it back, each day it was out of service is credited to your balance. We may add or withdraw plans, locations or systems for future orders, without touching any period already paid for.
14. No warranty
You take the service "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that a server is fit for any particular purpose. We also make no promise that a given website or service will accept the server's IP address, or that geolocation databases will put that address in any particular country.
15. Limits on liability
To the extent Panamanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Whatever the claim, the most we can owe you is the price of one 30-day period of the server it concerns. Where Panamanian law forbids a limit on some liability, these Terms impose none.
16. Indemnity
If your breach of these Terms or of the acceptable use policy leads a third party to make a claim against us, you cover the reasonable costs and losses that claim causes us.
17. Governing law and courts
The laws of the Republic of Panama apply to the service and to these Terms alike. Disputes over either belong exclusively to the courts of Panama.
18. Changes and language
This version of the Terms is dated 30 October 2026. We can change these Terms. Whichever version carries the date at the top of this page is the one in force, and from that date it applies to new orders, to renewals and to continued use. If a translation and the English text disagree, the English text prevails.
19. Contact
- Support: [email protected]. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules.
- Abuse reports: [email protected].
- Identify a server by its order reference (ORD-…) or IP address; your account number never belongs in an email. The Ironatoll contact page says what to put in each email.
