Is any offshore dedicated server cheaper than Ironatoll?
Yes. We do not claim to be the cheapest at every size, and each offer below breaks one of the rules our comparison uses. Among hosts that take crypto without ID and sell a 2018+ CPU by the month, Ironatoll prices each of its five sizes at least 25% under a named rival server.
AliasVPS lists $39.50, far below every other host; delivery not verified.
Hetzner and OVHcloud cost less at some sizes, but take no crypto and can ask for ID.
Old Xeon servers from 2012 to 2017 undercut it at three of the five sizes.
Most of them run CPUs launched before 2018. According to Ironatoll's check of 30 October 2026, the cheapest dedicated server of 27 of 34 hosts runs on a pre-2018 CPU. These are real servers, but their processors launched in 2017 or earlier. Some listings give only a family, such as "Xeon E3-12xx", so the exact model is unknown.

Do setup fees change which dedicated server is cheapest?
Yes. Spread over a year, a setup fee adds one twelfth to every month, and on a short rental it lands on the first bill. 9 of 34 hosts charge one on at least one plan.
Zomro: €83.18 a month plus €41.99 setup, or $96.84 a month over a year.
Privex: $140 a month plus $70 setup, so the first month costs $210.
Servers.Guru: €199 plus €49 setup.
CryptoVPS.host: $318 a month plus $550 setup.
No setup fee: you pay only the price of the term you choose, at your order as at every renewal.
Are some cheap dedicated server prices only for long terms?
Yes. A low figure can be a 3-, 6- or 12-month rate, and the price index counts monthly billing only.
MonoVM sells some configurations only for 6 months, such as NL-E 2388 at $645.
PrivateAlps rents some Mid-End servers for 3 months minimum, from €480.
Shinjiru's lowest shown prices assume a promo code or a 12-month term.
Ironatoll bills from your crypto balance for 30 days at a time, or for 6 or 12 months at a lower price (Atoll 64: $348.57 or $610.00), never as a condition; every comparison here uses the 30-day price.
Can a cheap host ask for ID after I pay?
Yes. 16 of 34 hosts ask for ID only on stated triggers, and some cheap ones name crypto as a trigger.
Zomro: KYC at any time; crypto payment and source of funds are named triggers.
Cherry Servers: new crypto customers need ID or a €100 top-up for its cheapest servers.
AbeloHost: government photo ID on request, at any time.
AliasVPS (ex-BitVPS) lists 8 cores, 32 GB and 1 TB NVMe for $39.50, far below every other host; delivery not verified. The plan is listed in Iceland, the Netherlands, Romania and Switzerland. Its first billing period is not refundable, so a trial order puts the whole first month at stake. Ironatoll leaves it out of its price rule.
Does the payment processor matter on a cheap server?
It does for some buyers. Bacloud, MonoVM and Zomro, the cheapest rivals at the three smallest sizes, all use Cryptomus or Heleket. The UK designated their operator on 8 October 2026, with an asset freeze. Bacloud and MonoVM also offer other processors; Zomro does not. Rivals compared on more than price: what is the best offshore dedicated server provider.
How do I compare cheap offshore dedicated servers?
Set your minimum
Fix the physical cores, RAM and SSD you need. Count cores, not threads.
Check the CPU
Look for an exact model and its launch year. A family name alone hides the age.
Add the setup fee
Divide it by 12, or add it to the first month on a short rental.
Confirm monthly billing
Make sure the price is for one month, not a 6- or 12-month term.
Check the network
One IPv4 included, a 1 Gbit/s port and at least 10 TB of traffic.
Read ID and refund terms
Do it before paying, since some hosts ask for documents only later.
In every plan: Whole machine · Root access · RAID 1 on two disks · Dedicated IPv4 · No logs · No KYC
Cheap offshore dedicated servers: FAQ
What is the cheapest offshore dedicated server?
AliasVPS lists $39.50, below every other host, but its delivery was not verified. Among hosts that take crypto without ID and sell a 2018+ CPU monthly, Bacloud led at 4 cores with $84.91 a month on 30 October 2026; Atoll 16 costs $63.68 per 30 days, at least 25% under that named server. We do not claim to be the cheapest at every size: Xeon servers from 2012 to 2017 cost less at three of them.
Is an old Xeon dedicated server worth it?
It is a real server, but its CPU launched in 2017 or earlier. Check the exact model and compare it with a 2018+ plan at a similar price.
Can I get a cheap dedicated server without a setup fee?
Yes. Ironatoll charges none, and Bacloud, AbeloHost and HostSailor showed none on their cheapest qualifying plans.
Is there a free trial of an offshore dedicated server?
No free trial: the smallest plan, Atoll 16, costs $63.68 for 30 days. Setup takes a few minutes, and no more than one hour, from the moment your payment is confirmed.
