What happens between your crypto payment and root on a live machine: who builds it, how support runs, what we store, how reports are handled and what we leave out.

**Quick answer — How does Ironatoll work, from payment to a running server?**

**Ironatoll** rents offshore dedicated servers, each a whole physical machine, prepared by a person after you pay. You top up a balance in crypto with no KYC, order a plan from $63.68 per 30 days, pick a city and a Linux system, and add your SSH key. Minutes after the payment confirms, and within the hour at most, the machine is yours, root access and all. This page traces every step.

## The short version

| Payment | BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR, and no other way to pay |

## Who operates Ironatoll?

**Ironatoll** is run by **DomaineGoat LLC**, a limited liability company registered in Panama. Ironatoll is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, and answers only to Panamanian law. Each server’s datacenter, for its part, is bound by the law of the country it stands in.

**One company, DomaineGoat LLC, sells, builds and supports every Ironatoll server: no reseller sits between you and the hardware.** The company facts are on [who runs Ironatoll](https://ironatoll.com/about/ "The company behind Ironatoll and the policies every server follows").

## What happens from payment to access?

1. **Top up in crypto** — Choose your server at checkout, then pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR: the top-up is set to the price of your order. Minimum top-up $1.
2. **Payment credited** — Your balance is credited once the payment is checked on the blockchain, after the network has confirmed it. Typical network confirmation time: BTC ≈ 20 min · USDT TRC-20 ≈ 1 min · USDT ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · USDC ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · ETH ≈ 5 min · SOL ≈ 1 min · LTC ≈ 15 min · XMR ≈ 20 min.
3. **A person prepares your server** (within 1 h) — Someone on the team sets up your server in the location and with the system you chose, a few minutes after the confirmed payment and within one hour at the latest. Locations: Amsterdam, Reykjavik, Zurich, Bucharest.
4. **IP address and root access in your dashboard** — The IP address appears in your dashboard. Root logs in with your SSH key, or with a temporary root password shown there if you gave no key. `ssh root@<server IP>`

## What does the person preparing your server do?

Nothing ships from an automatic checkout. **Every Ironatoll server is built by a person after your crypto payment confirms, and that person has it ready within minutes, never more than an hour after confirmation.**

- **Build and delivery:** A person on our team gets your server ready once your payment is confirmed, usually a few minutes later and never more than one hour after the confirmation; your dashboard shows the status, then the IP address once the server is ready.
- **Disk layout:** On plans with two disks, the system is installed on software RAID 1 (mirrored) unless you ask support for RAID 0 or separate disks before the server is ready.
- **Changes afterwards:** Reboot, reinstall and cancel are requested from your dashboard and carried out by the team; a reinstall erases the disks.

According to Ironatoll's check of 30 October 2026, dedicated-server hosts promised a median setup time of 24 hours, ranging from 30 minutes to 10 business days. A hand-built Ironatoll server still lands far inside that median.

## What does every server include?

A plan is a whole machine, not a slice of one. Every CPU core, all the RAM and every disk of the server are yours alone: nothing is shared with another customer. Every server has one dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64. The port speed and the monthly traffic are listed with each plan; traffic counts outgoing data per 30-day period, and over the quota there is never an automatic extra charge. The operating systems on offer are these: Linux only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Proxmox VE to run your own virtual machines. No Windows. You decide the city and the system at checkout; the hardware for each plan is listed with its price on [the pricing page](https://ironatoll.com/pricing/ "Ironatoll plans, specifications and prices").

## How are abuse reports handled?

Reports land in abuse@ironatoll.com and a person reads them; nothing is auto-actioned by a filter. Foreign copyright notices, DMCA ones included, are set aside: we act only under Panamanian law or on a Panamanian court order. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks and child sexual abuse material are banned, and any one of them gets the server suspended. The full list of what you may not run is this: Spam and bulk email, phishing, malware and botnet control, DDoS and other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing systems that belong to others, booter and stresser services, carding and fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining and any service to sanctioned people or companies are all forbidden. Each rule, with how a report is weighed, lives on [the acceptable-use policy](https://ironatoll.com/acceptable-use/ "What you can and cannot run on an Ironatoll server").

## What does support look like?

Support runs on email, in English, staffed by the same people who build the servers. Write to support@ironatoll.com about an order or a live machine. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules. within 12 hours. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat. Reports of misuse use a separate inbox, abuse@ironatoll.com. Recurring questions are collected on [the FAQ](https://ironatoll.com/faq/ "Common questions about renting an Ironatoll server").

## What data is kept, and how do payments work?

**Data first.** No logs: connection logs, traffic logs and the IP addresses of visitors and customers are never recorded, and the only trace of how you found us is a referral code, when the link you clicked had one. We keep only what running your server and billing need: your account number and optional email, your orders and top-ups (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date), and each server’s name, plan, term, location, system, SSH public key, IP addresses and dates, plus, for a server ordered without a key, the temporary root password we set, which stops opening the server once you change it. What the datacenter’s own routers and switches record is beyond our control. Records leave our hands only under an order from a Panamanian court. What that means in practice is spelled out on [what Ironatoll stores and for how long](https://ironatoll.com/privacy/ "What Ironatoll stores, and for how long").

**Payment.** Billing is crypto only, drawn from a prepaid balance. Ironatoll takes BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR. Wherever the blockchain shows the sending address, which it does for every coin we take except Monero, we match the payment against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment sent from a listed address is never added to a balance. A server is rented for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, with longer terms discounted; every plan, term and price sits on [how much an Ironatoll dedicated server costs](https://ironatoll.com/pricing/ "Ironatoll plans, specifications and prices per 30 days"). On money back: Days a server could not run, because it was never set up or because it failed and support could not repair it, are credited back to your balance. Balance never expires. Top-ups are not paid out unless the law requires it, with one exception: the amount added only to reach the minimum top-up is returned on request in USDT or USDC within 30 days of payment, provided it is unspent. Renewals are written out in full on [the terms of service](https://ironatoll.com/terms/ "Ironatoll billing, renewals and terms").

## What are the honest limits?

We would rather say outright what Ironatoll does not do:

- **No instant setup:** a person builds each server, so delivery takes a few minutes, and no more than one hour, from the moment your payment is confirmed, not seconds.
- **No remote console:** No remote console (IPMI or KVM over IP) is included: reboots and reinstalls are requested from your dashboard and done by the team.
- **No backups:** There are no automatic backups, so every file you need to keep should also live somewhere you control.
- **No DDoS guarantee:** Against DDoS attacks we promise nothing beyond the default handling of the datacenter network.
- **Four cities only:** you choose from Amsterdam (Netherlands), Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland) and Bucharest (Romania); each plan is sold in each city at one price, and no other region.
- **No Lightning:** payment is BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR, Monero included, and nothing beyond it.

There is no Windows and no GPU plan either: Linux only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Proxmox VE to run your own virtual machines. No Windows.

## How we work: common questions

### When will my server be ready after I pay?

Not instantly. A person on our team gets your server ready once your payment is confirmed, usually a few minutes later and never more than one hour after the confirmation; your dashboard shows the status, then the IP address once the server is ready. In short, expect preparation to run a few minutes, and no more than one hour, from the moment your payment is confirmed.

### Do you ever ask for identity documents?

Never. No KYC: no ID, selfie, documents, card or phone number are ever collected. The account itself is only a number, with an email address as an option.

### Is there a KVM or IPMI console I can use?

No. No remote console (IPMI or KVM over IP) is included: reboots and reinstalls are requested from your dashboard and done by the team When you need a reboot or a reinstall, you request it in the dashboard and the team carries it out.

### What happens if I stop topping up my balance?

The server is suspended rather than deleted at once. A server is paid from your prepaid crypto balance for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months at a time, the term you choose at checkout. With auto-renew on, it renews from the balance for the same term at the price of your order, unless you pick another term for the next renewal in your dashboard; if the balance does not cover the next term, the server is suspended at the end of the period, its disks are kept for 7 days, then wiped.

### Who reads messages sent to abuse@ironatoll.com?

A person on the team, not a script. Foreign copyright notices, DMCA ones included, are set aside: we act only under Panamanian law or on a Panamanian court order. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks and child sexual abuse material are banned, and any one of them gets the server suspended.
