## Which company operates Ironatoll?

**Ironatoll is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Panama.** Ironatoll is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, and answers only to Panamanian law. Each server’s datacenter, for its part, is bound by the law of the country it stands in.

The company sums up the brand in one statement, used word for word wherever Ironatoll explains itself:

> Ironatoll rents offshore dedicated servers (bare metal) in Amsterdam, Reykjavik, Zurich and Bucharest, paid in crypto with no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. Each server is a whole physical machine for one customer, with root access over SSH. It is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama that ignores DMCA notices, answers only to Panamanian law, allows Tor exit relays and keeps no logs. On the 30-day term, each plan is priced at least 25% under a named comparable dedicated server from 17 no-KYC crypto hosts, read on 30 October 2026.

The legal name and the country of registration are the company facts Ironatoll publishes. Instead of reviews or customer counts, it gives dated numbers: the day of every price check, and a source for every competitor figure.

## What does Ironatoll sell?

Ironatoll sells one product: offshore dedicated servers. Offshore dedicated servers: a whole physical machine for you alone, with no virtualization layer and no neighbours, and full root access over SSH. Every CPU core, all the RAM and every disk of the server are yours alone: nothing is shared with another customer.

There are five plans, named by their RAM. Each costs the same in all four locations: Atoll 16 $63.68, Atoll 32 $72.15, Atoll 64 $72.62, Atoll 128 $205.27, Atoll 256 $406.37, per 30 days. No setup fee: you pay only the price of the term you choose, at your order as at every renewal. Each plan's hardware is listed on [How much does an Ironatoll dedicated server cost?](https://ironatoll.com/pricing/ "Ironatoll plans, hardware and prices per 30 days")

A person on the team builds every server, in four steps:

1. Pick a plan, a term (30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months), one of the four locations and a system, then paste your SSH public key, or leave it empty to get a temporary root password.
2. Top up your balance in crypto, from $1. No name, ID or card is asked. You log in with an account number, and an email address is an option, not a requirement.
3. A person on our team gets your server ready once your payment is confirmed, usually a few minutes later and never more than one hour after the confirmation; your dashboard shows the status, then the IP address once the server is ready.
4. Log in as root with your key, or with the temporary password, which you change at once with `passwd`. Reboot, reinstall and cancel are requested from your dashboard and carried out by the team; a reinstall erases the disks.

## Which policies does every Ironatoll server follow?

Every Ironatoll server follows three decisions of the owner: DMCA notices are ignored, Tor exit relays are allowed and no logs are kept.

- **DMCA ignored:** DMCA ignored: no DMCA notice, and no other foreign copyright notice, leads to any action on our side. Panamanian law and the orders of Panamanian courts are the only authority we answer to.
- **Tor:** Tor exit relays may run on our servers, and so may middle relays and bridges.
- **No logs:** No logs: we keep no connection logs, no traffic logs and no IP addresses of visitors or customers, on the website, the dashboard or the servers.
- **Data requests:** records go out only on an order of a Panamanian court.
- **Still banned:** Spam and bulk email, phishing, malware and botnet control, DDoS and other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing systems that belong to others, booter and stresser services, carding and fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining and any service to sanctioned people or companies are all forbidden.
- **Mail:** Port 25 (SMTP) is blocked for outgoing traffic on every server as an anti-spam measure, and the block is permanent. Outgoing connections to mail providers on ports 465 and 587 work normally.

**"DMCA ignored" at Ironatoll is a choice of law: Panamanian courts decide, not foreign notices.** It is no invitation to host stolen work. The difference is explained in [What does "DMCA ignored" mean for a dedicated server?](https://ironatoll.com/what-does-dmca-ignored-mean/ "DMCA ignored, explained for dedicated servers") Each rule is listed in [what you can and cannot run on an Ironatoll server](https://ironatoll.com/acceptable-use/ "Ironatoll acceptable use policy").

## How does Ironatoll set its prices?

**Ironatoll sets each price against a dated check of competing hosts.** The check of 30 October 2026 listed 48 hosting providers and found 34 that sell dedicated servers. The price pool keeps the 17 hosts that take crypto, ask for no ID at signup and sell a comparable server by the month. The rule in full: On the 30-day term, each plan is priced at least 25% under a named reference server (prices read on 30 October 2026): Atoll 16 against Bacloud's “Xeon E2xG” at $84.91 a month; Atoll 32 against MonoVM's “AMD Ryzen 5 5500” at $96.20 a month; Atoll 64 against Zomro's “Config PL 52 (Intel Xeon E-2288G, 64GB DDR4, 2x960GB NVMe, Poland, Warsaw)” at $96.84 a month; Atoll 128 against AbeloHost's “AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (PL)” at $273.70 a month; Atoll 256 against AbeloHost's “AMD Epyc Milan 7713 256 GB 7.68 TB SSD (CZ)” at $541.83 a month. Each reference is the server with the smallest monthly bill that clears the plan's comparison floor at one of 17 hosts that accept crypto and do not ask for ID at signup: at least the plan's physical cores, RAM and SSD or NVMe storage, a CPU launched in 2018 or later, one IPv4 address, a port of at least 1 Gbit/s, at least 10 TB of traffic, payment one month at a time and stock not shown as sold out. Setup fees count as one twelfth a month; plans sold only for longer periods, older CPUs and hosts that ask for ID are not counted; AliasVPS is left out because its listed prices are three to five times below every other host and we could not check delivery; euro prices are converted at 1 EUR = 1.1172 USD (ECB, 30 October 2026). We do not claim to be the cheapest at every size: AliasVPS, servers with pre-2018 CPUs and hosts that ask for ID list lower prices at some of them.

**According to Ironatoll's check of 30 October 2026, 28 of 34 dedicated-server hosts accept crypto, but only 13 never ask for an ID document.**

| Plan | Ironatoll per 30 days | Named reference server (30 October 2026) | Ironatoll under its reference by |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Atoll 16 | $63.68 | Bacloud's “Xeon E2xG”, €76.00 ($84.91) | 25% |
| Atoll 32 | $72.15 | MonoVM's “AMD Ryzen 5 5500”, $96.20 | 25% |
| Atoll 64 | $72.62 | Zomro's “Config PL 52 (Intel Xeon E-2288G, 64GB DDR4, 2x960GB NVMe, Poland, Warsaw)”, €83.18/month + €41.99 setup ($96.84 a month over a year) | 25% |
| Atoll 128 | $205.27 | AbeloHost's “AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (PL)”, €244.99 ($273.70) | 25% |
| Atoll 256 | $406.37 | AbeloHost's “AMD Epyc Milan 7713 256 GB 7.68 TB SSD (CZ)”, €484.99 ($541.83) | 25% |

*Prices checked on October 30, 2026.*

Comparable means at least the same cores, RAM and SSD storage, a CPU from 2018 or later, one IPv4 and monthly billing. Bacloud, MonoVM and Zomro take crypto partly or only through Cryptomus/Heleket, which the United Kingdom designated on 8 October 2026. 1 EUR = 1.1172 USD (ECB, 30 October 2026).

One host lists lower prices and is left out by the owner's choice. AliasVPS (ex-BitVPS) shows dedicated servers from $39.50 a month, far below every other host, and its delivery could not be verified. Every host's price is in [How much does a dedicated server cost per month?](https://ironatoll.com/dedicated-server-price-per-month/ "Dedicated server price index, October 2026")

## What does Ironatoll not do?

Ironatoll takes no Lightning payments, and offers no Windows, no GPUs, no remote console, no backups and no instant setup.

- **Lightning:** not accepted. In the check, 3 of the 34 hosts took it. Monero, taken by 15 of them, is accepted here as well.
- **Windows and GPUs:** Linux only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Proxmox VE to run your own virtual machines. No Windows. No plan has a graphics card.
- **Remote console:** No remote console (IPMI or KVM over IP) is included: reboots and reinstalls are requested from your dashboard and done by the team.
- **Backups:** There are no automatic backups, so every file you need to keep should also live somewhere you control.
- **DDoS protection:** Against DDoS attacks we promise nothing beyond the default handling of the datacenter network.
- **Instant setup:** not quite, since a person readies each machine. Setup takes a few minutes, and no more than one hour, from the moment your payment is confirmed, against a median of 24 hours stated by other hosts.
- **Free trial:** No free trial: the smallest plan, Atoll 16, costs $63.68 for 30 days.
- **Reviews and ratings:** none are published, and no customer counts either.
